OWN, a French cybersecurity company, announces the appointment of Abdoulaye Fadiga as Chief ExecutiveOfficer (CEO), effective as of January 5.
This appointment marks the end of a transition process initiated in 2025 with the objective of ensuring operational continuity, team stability and sustained engagement with the cybersecurity ecosystem. As part of this new governance structure, Arthur Chovet now serves as Chief Technical Officer (CTO), while Raphaël Walter takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
A career built at the core of cybersecurity operations.
With 20+ years of experience, Abdoulaye holds an engineering degree in Security & Networks, an Executive MBA (Dauphine – ParisTech Les Mines) and has a strong entrepreneurial background in company creation and M&A.
He began his career at the French Ministry of Defense, founded two companies specialised in digital forensics, and acted as a court-appointed expert. He contributed to the deployment and operation of SOCs internationally, and assumed operational roles at MBDA, IBM, Michelin and Bull/ATOS. Abdoulaye then spent eight years at BT, where he led the group’sCyber Operations business, including the operation and transformation of its 15 global Security Operations Centers (SOC) serving large customers.

As CEO, Abdoulaye will focus on strengthening OWN’s fundamentals, accelerating international expansion, and enhancing innovation, with a strong emphasis on R&D, AI, and high-value cybersecurity services.
